Yoga sessions during the retreat are available to first timers, beginner's and regular practitioners. These sessions will include hatha yoga, yin and restorative practices along with breathwork and meditations.

My aim is to help people release stress and relax into their best life.

Sessions open to all, 13 years and above.
Kids Yoga only for kids 7 to 13 years.

A floor based practice which can be quite challenging as the mind is not ready to settle down and thoughts can overwhelm, yet that is exactly what we need - to settle the mind and thoughts so they are down to the minimum. This enables the body to rest and the breath to help energise the prana. This is what added to creating the deep healing and relaxation. Starts on the 5th of May 5:30 pm.
