✨कैसे करें:
- सीधा लेट जाएँ या आराम से बैठें।
- हथेली से नाभि के आसपास clockwise गोल-गोल हल्का दबाव देते हुए घुमाएँ।
- 3–5 मिनट तक धीरे-धीरे करें।

⚠️लेकिन ध्यान रखें:

3️⃣ Ek knee ko elbow ke paas tuck kare balance banane ke liye.
4️⃣ Dusra leg upar lift kare aur core tight rakhe.
5️⃣ Body ko control me rakhte hue balance hold kare.
