For the first time in a long while, I stayed away from my phone.
We moved gently, shared activities, and had heart-to-heart conversations. It felt light, real, and deeply refreshing.

This retreat gave me the pause I didn’t know I needed.

Surrounded by such a beautiful, calm location, I realised how different a Sunday can actually feel. Instead of the usual cafés, noise, and rushing around, spending the day here felt deeply nourishing. I honestly didn’t realise how much I needed this until I experienced it.
Being part of Soulful Sunday gave me a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in a long time. The space felt safe, the practices were gentle, and everything flowed so naturally. From meditation to time spent in nature, I felt myself slowing down and becoming more present. I walked back feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply grateful.
This reminded me that Sundays like these are an investment in yourself something we all need more of. I would truly recommend this experience to anyone who feels overwhelmed or simply needs a meaningful pause.
