Full Moon is the perfect time to release, cleanse and reset your energy.
When you write your feelings or blockages on paper, you are bringing subconscious energy into awareness. And when you tear the paper, you are symbolically and energetically breaking those patterns and releasing them from your life.
✨ How to do it:
• Sit in a calm space under the Full Moon (or near a window)
• Take a plain paper and pen
• Write everything you want to release—without filters
• Feel those emotions while writing
• Now tear the paper into as many pieces as possible with intention
• Say: “I release this energy completely. I am free.”
✨ Example of what to write:
“I release my fear of failure, overthinking, self-doubt, and all the past situations that are holding me back. I let go of toxic connections and emotional pain. I am ready to welcome peace, clarity, and abundance.”
This ritual works because energy follows intention—when you consciously choose to let go, the universe responds by creating space for something better.
