We’re so pleased to welcome Ishi Girdhar onboard as a Counseling Psychologist with us at Daffodils Therapy Studio- Mental Health Services powered by Sage Turtle.

Ishi brings with her a relatable, grounded, and culturally aware approach to therapy — one that meets young people where they are, with honesty and care.
She believes that therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about reconnecting: with one’s voice, values, and capacity to choose with intention. In her work, she creates space for clients to explore their questions, contradictions, hopes, and uncertainties—knowing that all of it belongs.

Her style is collaborative and relational, with the therapeutic relationship itself becoming a powerful space for reflection and healing. Ishi’s approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of modalities and choosing tools that best serve the individual in front of her.

Over the course of her academic and clinical training, Ishi has worked across schools, clinics, hospitals, NGOs, and corporate spaces, engaging with diverse populations through individual therapy, group work, psychoeducational sessions, and psychological assessments. Fluent in both English and Hindi, she brings sensitivity, accessibility, and cultural resonance to her practice.

This formal partnership marks a continued commitment to strengthening our engagement within the university education space—building on shared values and a mutual vision for student well-being, emotional resilience, and holistic growth.

It was a truly engaging afternoon with the psychology students of Galgotias University at our “Pathways to Psychology – A Career Enhancement Workshop.”

The session was filled with thoughtful questions, honest reflections, and a genuine curiosity about the world of psychology — its scope, its challenges, and its many possibilities. The students’ eagerness to understand their path ahead was both inspiring and energizing for our team.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Shikha Srivastava Ma’am, whose warmth and enthusiasm shaped the spirit of this collaboration. With her trust and encouragement, what began as a one-day interaction is now evolving into a value-added course on Foundational Counselling Skills and The Art of Self-Care — a natural extension of the questions, insights, and energy shared during the workshop.

We’re excited to continue holding space for learning, reflection, and growth in the journey ahead 🌻
