❌ Myth: ADHD is a learning disability
✅ Fact: ADHD affects attention & behavior,
learning disabilities affect how we learn.

Both are different — but support matters for both.

Learning difficulties come in different types, not one.

When we understand them early, we can support children better 🤍 Different minds. Different learning styles. Same potential 🌈

❓ Can vaccination cause autism?

❌ No. This is a myth.

There is no scientific evidence that vaccination causes autism. Vaccines are essential for protecting children from serious and preventable diseases and play a vital role in early childhood health.

When a child is making excessive sounds or is engaged in self-talk, the first step is gentle distraction.

✔️ Call the child by name
✔️ Use clapping or simple cues
✔️ Help the child come out of the situation
✔️ Provide a gentle massage for 10 counts using a soft moisturizer
✔️ Support gentle lip closure

The pressure or sensory pleasure the child was seeking through sounds is now safely provided externally, which gradually helps reduce unwanted vocalizations.

Simple strategies. Consistent support. Meaningful progress. 🌱

Follow Help 4 Special for practical therapy guidance.

Why does my child cover their ears again and again?

Many children are not avoiding sound —
they are seeking ear pressure to regulate themselves.

When ears are covered, a self-sound and pressure is created that helps the nervous system feel calm and safe.

This is a signal, not a behaviour problem.

🖐️ Gently cup your hands over the ears
⏱️ Hold for 10 seconds → release
🔁 Repeat 5–10 times, observe the child

When given regularly, the child doesn’t need to do it on their own.

Understanding the need changes everything.
