💢 Yoga At Office 👉 Yoga For Office People 💢 People who are working morning to evening in office and no time for Yoga or Workout faces many Postural and Digestion related issues and sometime also suffer from stress which causes many disease.
Recently I have been invited by Mr.Ayush CEO of Genefied.ai for the yoga session in his office premises . It was really a great thought for the wellness of their co-workers and I also appreciate him . And it can be a great step towards their good health as Yoga can help them to not only release their stress and also to correct their posture and body language and improve their Digestion.

By teaching some easy standing Yoga positions I can help them as a Yoga coach to prevent from Postural Issues like Cervical and also improve their Digestion.

And I truly thank to Mr.Ayush for choosing me for this great event. Hopefully we are going to organize more sessions in future to make everyone's life healthy and happy.😊
