Look ahead, think positive and move forward. Let the past remain in the past.

What are the ways you work on yourself to be in the present and not dwell in the past?

Workshop on Introduction to Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in collaboration with

Had great fun, all the participants were amazing and quite inquisitive. As a facilitator one learns even more when participants are keen learners and I learnt a lot.
Thank you to all the participants and the team of Ensoul Therapy. Looking forward to meeting each other again soon.

"Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life."
Addictions, more often than not, are used to fill a void. And soon, it just becomes a habit. A habit that causes discomfort to oneself and to those around us. And because there is discomfort, we run back to something that eases the discomfort, reinforcing the addiction.
Break this cycle. Build a foundation on this rock bottom.

So I absolutely believe in the law of attraction, visualization, manifestation and with all this comes the art of making a VISION BOARD.

Sharing Superwoman Lilly Singh's "How To Make A Vision Board" video with you all so that you know what you need to do to make. And also because I love her. haha!

Happy Vision Board Monday, my lovelies.. ❤️❤️

Being interested in Psychology and being a Psychologist are two completely different things.

• Following a psychology blog/page online doesn't make you a counselor/psychologist/Therapist/life coach.
• Same goes for attending a webinar/workshop.
•Reading up research online and basing facts on it doesn't make you a psychologist.
•Doing yoga and being involved in spirituality doesn't make you a psychologist.
•Having advices, opinions and/or programs for guiding how people should lead their lives doesn't make you a psychologist (to be honest, that's sham business)
•Doing a casual , UGC/RCI unrecognised degree/courses or diploma doesn't make you a psychologist (including the Udemy courses on CBT, REBT and other treatment modalities in psychology)
•Only doing undergraduate degree in psychology doesn't make you a psychologist. But doing a recognised master's degree in psychology will (but not a Clinical psychologist)

Please stop misguiding people in the name of 'Psychology'. It is a serious field in the social and medical sciences and we have government laws and systems in place to report and penalize such charlatans.
I know it feels nice to be connected to the clinical/mental health profession, but don't malign the field with your petty shortcuts. If you're not properly trained, you can do more harm than good.

We live in a society where it takes the death of a person to talk about mental health, to pretend we are there for each other, to reach out to people we know and for us Psychologists to pretend life is rainbows and sunshine.
But in our day to day life, we forget that it's important to TALK, SORT AND MOVE ON. AND genuinely be there for someone, to help them in life.
