✅ लिवर सिरोसिस क्या है?

लिवर सिरोसिस (Cirrhosis of Liver) एक क्रॉनिक (दीर्घकालीन) बीमारी है जिसमें लिवर की कोशिकाएँ (hepatocytes) धीरे-धीरे नष्ट हो जाती हैं और उनकी जगह फाइब्रस टिश्यू (scar tissue) ले लेता है।
इससे लिवर की सामान्य संरचना और कार्यक्षमता प्रभावित हो जाती है।
