Tongue Cancer has always been aggressive in various forms
Gives many surprises
Did one more Ca tongue small lesion
Did partial glossectomy and right MND ( PET showing avid level 1B node).
Sent level IB left side for frozen(PET showing small IB contraleteral node) came out positive, had to do other side of neck also
