Reaching new places with the fam. 🍃
There's a lot more to gut health than what you eat or drink. It's the people you surround yourself with. It's the things you choose to spend time on. And spaces you spend time in.
Without realising, we end up picking things that don't bring us joy as a daily part of our life. The tiniest of mood swings can hamper how the gut functions.
If what we eat changes our mood and energy, our moods also change the way our food is absorbed.
Baroda taught me to take a step back and find joy in the little moments.
