This World Sleep Day, it might be time to pause and ask - are we truly getting enough sleep?
In Unani wisdom, Nawm (sleep) is essential for balance, energy, and productivity; and yet many Indians sleep less than 6 hours a night.
So tonight, maybe the best thing you can do for your health is simple:
stop scrolling, close your eyes, and sleep.
