Knee pain ko ignore karna har baar sahi nahi hota.

Thoda dard hai… theek ho jayega” sochna kabhi-kabhi problem ko bada bana deta hai.

Agar dard 5–7 din se zyada rahe, seedhi chadhne mein dikkat ho, sujan ho ya chalne mein problem ho – it can be a warning sign.

Early diagnosis se pain control hota hai, joint damage slow hota hai aur surgery avoid bhi ho sakti hai.

Joint pain ko lightly mat lo.
