31st Dec Night – Rebirth Ritual 🔥

Time: 11:30 PM – 12:10 AM

You need:
• 1 candle/diya
• 1 paper + pen
• 1 fire-safe bowl
• A pinch of salt

Step 1: Ground yourself (2 min)

Sit quietly. Light the candle.
Take salt in your left palm and say:
“I choose to end this year consciously.”
Rub it and release it in the sink/ground.

Chant: Bhairavi Namosthute Mantras (play in the background)

Step 2: Write the old self (5 min)

Write everything you want to leave behind:
fears, habits, regrets, old versions of you.
End the page with:
“This no longer defines me.”

Step 3: Fire release

Burn the paper safely in the bowl.
While it burns, say:
“I release this without resistance.”
Watch it burn fully.

Step 4: Midnight pause (12:00 AM)

Close your eyes.
Take 3 deep breaths.
Right hand on chest.
Say softly:
“I allow a new self to enter.”

Step 5: Seal it

Look at the flame and say:
“From this moment, I walk lighter.”
Blow out the candle gently.

Important rule for 1st Jan
Do not revisit what you burned.
No rereading. No explaining.

Rebirth works when the past is not negotiated again.

How to calculate Mulank on your own?

Step 1: Take your Date of Birth

Only the date, not month or year.

Example:
24 Jan 1998 → You only take 24

Step 2: Break the date into digits

Write each digit separately.

Example:
24 → 2 and 4

Step 3: Add the digits together

2 + 4 = 6

⸻

Step 4: If the total is a two-digit number, add again

Example:
If your date was 29 → 2 + 9 = 11 → 1 + 1 = 2

Only stop when you get a single-digit number from 1 to 9.
