It's okay to feel good, bad, love and hate - all at the same time too.
And give yourself time to process and feel all of it.

But also accept that they will not change. Well, see if they do it's great but no more waiting on them. Let them come up to you. You are worthy of best and a clear communication. You do deserve love and so much time and effort back.

Whats meant to go, can't be forced to stay. So let them go.

To stay with difficult emotions is so important.
There are no positive or negative emotions, just that some are uncomfortable to be with. But accepting and staying with that, releases you. Face it, be there. And keep being you. Others have a choice and so you do.

This is one is to life! I’m glad, as I look back, i did my best and survived.
Had my fun snd share of mistakes but no regrets.
That’s all is needed and I fear nothing.
Everyday comes like a new start and all I can do is give it my best shot, so that like today, I can look back and say, I had the best time of my life 🥰

There are many resources out there that can be of help. If you feel you are being judged, try something else- try others. Something will work out, it has to. I assure you. Just don’t give up yet.
