How inner work helps us resolve life situations!

If we are willing to look deeper within ourselves we can always find a solution to all our life situations. We need to be consistent with our inner work and find the root cause of what we are attracting and facing in our life.

When we think excessively, we are unable to think clearly which impacts our decision making. The thoughts use our energy and the more we think excessively we feel exhausted and low on energy – to take action and meet our deadlines.

Excessive thoughts can be reduced by becoming aware of our mind, nature of our thoughts, releasing the thoughts which have no significance in our life and beyond our control. For this we have to build a relationship with our minds, spend daily time to understand how we think and why we overthink. How does overthinking benefit us? Only when we delve deeper, we can begin to work on our minds and do effective Mind Workout.

Accumulation of stress in the mind, leads to stress in the body and manifests as many symptoms in our health. Only if we knew ways to understand the reasons for stress, the root cause and work on releasing such thoughts from the mind, the impact of stress can be reduced daily.

“Sometimes we are in the midst of a situation and no solution arrives, we are being pulled in all directions and our minds are not able to calm down and think clearly. In such moments we have to learn to detach from those situations and energies to decide our way forward or surrender to the Universe for the outcomes.

This requires us to build strength of the mind. If we start giving our minds daily 40 min of cleansing, releasing, relaxing and rejuvenation then we can deal with such situations and not harm our important relationships.

Most of us have given the steering wheel of our lives to schedules, tasks, and to do list. We rarely stop to take a breath, to live in the moment. We don’t take charge of our life and have stopped learning and training our mind altogether.
My Mind Workout is an effort to bring our attention towards the importance of working for the mind, It is a combination of breath work, body awareness, mind awareness, self-reflection and self-healing practises which strengthen the mind by releasing daily stress and heavy toxins.

Everything around us like people, places, and even environments have a deep impact on our mind, as we absorb energies of places, people and situations around us. If we only commit to learning mind – clearing and calming practises we can feel a lot more stronger, focussed and energetic.
