Most people ignore neck and shoulder pain until it starts affecting daily life.

Mr. Vimal came to Physiodent all the way from Aligarh with frequent shoulder pain and persistent neck discomfort. The pain had started interfering with his routine movements and overall comfort.

After a detailed assessment, Dr. Akashdeep Sharma designed a targeted session combining alignment techniques, osteopathic tissue manipulation, and guided physical rehabilitation.
The focus was to gently release tight tissues around the joints, restore proper alignment in the cervical region, and improve mobility.

Along with manual therapy, simple corrective exercises like chin tucks were introduced to strengthen the neck and support long-term recovery.

By the end of the session, Mr. Vimal experienced noticeable relief in his back and neck pain.

Pain relief isn’t just about temporary fixes — it’s about restoring movement, improving circulation, and addressing the root cause.

At Physiodent, we focus on holistic rehabilitation to help patients move better and live pain-free.

Don’t ignore persistent neck or shoulder pain.
Early treatment can make all the difference.

Chronic to***co chewing had led to restricted mouth opening in this patient, significantly affecting daily functions such as eating and chewing.

A comprehensive treatment approach was implemented, combining targeted physiotherapy exercises, Class IV laser therapy to reduce fibrosis and inflammation, and precise manual manipulation techniques to improve tissue mobility.

With consistent sessions and patient compliance, a significant improvement in mouth opening was achieved. The patient can now eat and chew comfortably, with enhanced functional movement and quality of life.

Gutka and pan masala are not “just habits” — they cause real damage.

From 0.5 cm to 1.8–2 cm mouth opening is not a small change.
It can be a sign of Oral Submucous Fibrosis— a serious condition that gradually restricts your ability to open your mouth.

It often starts with a burning sensation.
Then tightness.
Then pain.
And eventually, even simple things like eating and speaking become difficult.

“I’ll quit tomorrow” rarely works.
Make the decision today.

Don’t let addiction take control of your health.
Early diagnosis means better recovery.

Are you exercising safely… or just pushing your limits?

Many people work out daily — but very few understand their safe heart rate zone.

Here’s what you must remember:

✔️ Formula 1: 220 – your age = your maximum heart rate
(If you’re 40, your max heart rate should not exceed 180 bpm.)

✔️ Formula 2: If you can talk or sing while exercising, you’re in the right zone.

✔️ Formula 3: If you feel breathless or unable to speak — STOP immediately.
That’s your body signaling overload.

Exercise should strengthen your heart — not stress it.

With rising cases of sudden cardiac events during workouts, awareness is the first step toward prevention.

Train smart. Stay safe. Live healthy.

I feel truly honoured and grateful to have treated my respected principal. Being able to contribute to his recovery has been a very special and meaningful experience for me.
A few weeks ago, when he came to us, he was struggling to walk and perform basic movements. His condition involved complex spinal and nerve-related challenges, making it a difficult case.
With consistent therapy sessions and a focused rehabilitation approach, the progress has been extremely encouraging. After four to five weeks, he is now able to ride a cycle, perform squats, and move with much more confidence and stability.
Seeing this kind of recovery, especially in someone I deeply respect, reinforces why we do what we do. Thankful for the trust placed in us and grateful to be part of this healing journey.

Most people think long-term diabetes only affects blood sugar.
But many don’t realise it can slowly damage the nerves.
This patient had diabetes for over 10 years and started experiencing
shivering in hands and legs, weakness, and difficulty walking —
classic signs of diabetic polyneuropathy.
Instead of ignoring the symptoms, we started Scrimius Segno Therapy sessions, focused on stimulating and strengthening neural pathways.
Over multiple sessions, we observed tremendous improvement in control, stability, and movement.
Neuropathy doesn’t happen overnight — and recovery takes the right therapy, consistency, and guidance.
At Physiodent, Dr. Akashdeep Sharma focuses on targeted neuro-rehabilitation to help patients move better and regain confidence.
Don’t ignore nerve symptoms.
Early care makes a difference.
