Absolutely YES — IVF is a safe and effective technique. However, after 40, certain challenges appear — like a lower egg count and quality, which can lead to infertility or higher risk of chromosomal abnormalities and miscarriage.
That’s why genetic screening of embryos before transfer is highly recommended — it ensures only healthy embryos are used, reducing risks.
Since pregnancy after 40 is considered high-risk, close monitoring with your fertility specialist and gynecologist is essential. 💕
If healthy embryos aren’t available even after screening, donor eggs are a beautiful, reliable option to achieve a healthy pregnancy. 🌼

Our body runs on an internal clock called the circadian rhythm, which regulates sleep and reproductive hormones. When you stay up late working under artificial lights and screens, that clock gets disrupted.

✨ For women — it can lead to PCOD, irregular periods, and poor sleep quality.
