Today we introduced an Ethiopian traditional food in our restaurant it is called Injera. Some of our friends tasted it as it is made of some of the millets available in India. The Ethiopian and Eritrean nationals told that almost the taste matches with Ethiopian Injera. We kept the name INDIAN INZARA.
