➡️ Anxiety is not something that's wrong with you. You're not malfunctioning, it is a normal human emotion that every human being is wired to experience at some stage point of their lifetime, when we fail to meet our needs for safety and connection.
➡️ Anxiety is not permanent when it feels like it's there all the time, because it is triggered repeatedly either by external forces or by your own thoughts.
➡️ Telling someone to be just calm and relax that Anxiety will go away on its own is not true as it is a nervous system response which requires professional strategies to manage.
➡️ Medication is the only way to treat anxiety, whereby thr treatment involves psychotherapy along with medication depending on individual choices.
