You may be looking for a fast way to lose weight and there's no shortage of 'fad diets' around. These 'diets' may provide short-term results, but they are difficult to sustain and, ultimately, they deprive you of the essential nutrients that only balanced eating can offer and there is no quick fix to loose weight.

You don't need, weight loss pills, fat loss shakes, meal replacements, slimming tea's etc.

Fad/False diets might seem like the quick fix solution to loose weight but they are not sustainable way of loosing weight.

Fad diet --- quick weight loss ---- rapid weight gain!
