👉 1. Eat or Drink Something Sweet:
A small snack like fruit or a sip of juice can raise your blood sugar slightly — giving your baby a little energy boost to start moving! 🍎

Your baby can hear sounds from around the second trimester. Talking, singing, or playing soft music may catch their attention and bring those cute kicks 🎶
