The universe operates on a very basic Law of Exchange. All you gotta do is share from the Heart space. giving morealso means making more space...and when you create from the heart, the universe validates.

Can you take back your actions or your words? NO. Can you undo the past? NO. Can you change what already happened? NO. ... Mehhh....that's not entirely true now is it, though.
Change begins to happen the moment you become conscious of it.the moment you change your thinking. Time and again we are thrown into situations where are typical patterns play out. And that very likely is what works against us.
But if are I'm observance of these pattwrns...if you know your triggers and slip ups, and are aware of your go-to reactions, then the next time you are thrown a curve ball is the best time to make a CHANGE!
It may not be a phenomenal revelation , but at least you would have planted a tiny seed of transformation. Somewhere down the line, you will be dazzled and gratified by the results.

I've recently started a 7Day No complaining challenge for myself. and I've found a way to include in this my love for Journalling.
Like all good habits, being in a Constant attitude of Gratitude and resisting the urge to contantly complain also needs to be cultivated. but the good news is , it's actually quite simple. but your brain doesn't understand a simple.request you need to challenge it to rewire itself into being good.

I've nailed journalling to an art. ( If I may say so myself 😎)
A part of my job as a Wellness Coach is to give people the meditation hacks that will make their lives MOST PRODUCTIVE. And that is where a BULLET JOURNAL comes in.
I do my bullet journal first thing in the morning and it's parts of my morning meditation routine.

Here's how to do it :
1. Get up early ( before the chaos of your crazy life descends upon you)
2. Find a quiet corner for yourself.
3. Sit down for meditation 5 to 8 mins. ( And yes it's SITTING not SLEEPING. And it doesn't happen on the bed!)
4. Put on a relaxing music and just sit with your eyes closed.
5. Once done, pick up your Bullet journal and make a list of ALL THE THINGS YOU WANT TO DO IN THE DAY.
6. Next to it, make a list of the top 3 MUST DO things from the to do list.
This helps you clear your day so you can face the day with a clear mind, without feeling lost, demotivated , confused.
Helps you prioritize your day and time accordingly.
It makes you feel accomplished when you achieve the most important things on your agenda.
Try this for a week. Let's see where we stand in a week shall we?

Memories are our link to the past... sometimes they give us pleasure sometimes pain. The pain from a memory of the past is a very addictive drug for our system. It's our constant, our cosy home, our staff companion,...we can always rely on our regrets to take us to a place of self pity and loathing. BUT....
A better, more compassionate way to honour your own self is to understand the lessons, and let go of the emotion that memories stir up. Because the conversations that you have with your self then be certain intelligent and productive.
Life then becomes a passion and not a chore.

We live like we are never going to die. And then we die never having actually lived like we should have. Always stuck in the in-between of what happened and what would happen. Our higher self knows this is no way to live.
Every time you lose your train of thought, come back. Bring simplicity into your being. Simply being. Simply feeling happiness. Simply letting hurt melt away. Simply giving love. Simply being present. Your mind is a wonderful miracle. Let it happen. Let it happen NOW!

Your heart is not a bottomless pit. If anywhere in there, a YOU has to BE ....then you have make space for yourself to be.

Think about what your best version of yourself is. Start operating as this best version of yourself from TODAY ITSELF!
When you give your best, there are no regrets. There is no inautheticity. There is will always be a value that drives you. So begin to let go right now!
