Yoga: Yoga has been derived from a Sanskrit word ‘YUJ’ which means union. As per Bhagwat Geeta Yoga is ‘Skill in action’ which comprises of Pranayama, Asana, Kriya, Mudras and Bandhas. Yoga is both science and art supported with pure facts of theory and practices. A true yogi sees life as a triangle wherein physical body undergoes changes from birth to youth then starts decaying generally after the age of 35 years until death. If you thought that yoga is all about bending and twisting your body in odd shapes, it’s time to rethink. It is much more. In very simple words, giving care to your body, mind and breath is yoga. This means that the century-old practice includes yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas) and meditation and Through these, the body, mind and breath come in harmony with each other and that very moment yoga happens. Both physical and non physical benefits are countless. Whatever you may be looking for – weight loss, control diabetes, better time management, freedom from anger, effective communication, or creativity at work, yoga has the answer. There is no division between the ‘in’ and the ‘out’. The ‘in’ goes on flowing into the ‘out’, the out goes on flowing into the ‘in’. The demarcation, the boundary, the border, no longer exists.

“Meditation is a single lesson of awareness, of no-thought, of spontaneity, of being total in your action, alert, aware”. There is no static definition / explanation for meditation; it purely depends upon an individual experience Eg. If you are body oriented, there are ways you can reach towards God through the body because the body also belongs to God. If you feel you are hearts oriented, then prayer, If you feel you are intellect oriented, then meditation. If you can create a special place – a small temple or a corner in the home (which is difficult for some to arrange) where you can meditate every day – then don’t use that corner for any other purpose, because every purpose has its own vibration. Use that corner only for meditation and nothing else. Then the corner will become charged and it will wait for you every day. The corner will be helpful to you; the milieu will create a particular vibration, a particular atmosphere in which you can go deeper and deeper more easily. That’s the reason why temples, churches and mosques were created – just to have a place that existed only for prayer and meditation however it is rather difficult to create and maintain that place, Deep Success Mantra is therefore that place wherein a conducive environment is created with regular practices and positive energies of masters. This applies to all areas of life, from eating and working to emotions and relationships, because overindulgence can lead to negative consequences like addiction, health problems or disease, or a decline in performance.

Eating habits must be as per one's physical body nature, dietary requirements, season, and geographical location rather than taste preferences or an unauthentic dietary plan. This unscripted interaction highlights the significance of authentic yogic practices; had I not been exposed to Gurkul Systems and other authentic sources, I would have also gotten myself and others into today's rat race of random so-called yogic practices.
