Numerous studies have been conducted to examine the potential link between breast implants and breast cancer, and the current scientific consensus is that silicone breast implants do not increase the risk of developing breast cancer.

How often should a breast self examination be performed?

It is now called self breast awareness. When we see our face in the mirror everyday, our brain knows what is normal or what is a new change, because it gets trained to see the face every line, every blemish on a daily basis.

It is the same way that we have to train our brain to know what the breast feels like & what is normal? If you don't do this then you will never know an abnormality at an early stage.
