Pt. reported to our clinic with history of trauma 2 days back.On Clinical examination swelling on one side of the face is seen with broken lower jaw with loss of occlusion on one side.OPG revealed two fractures at angle of mandible and symphyseal region.Patient is treated with intermaxillary fixation.Bone repositioned and occlusion is also restored to its normal position.
