Workout baad mein start karenge…
Yeh line hum sab ne kabhi na kabhi boli hai.
Kabhi time nahi hota,
kabhi mood nahi hota,
kabhi energy low hoti hai…
Par sach yeh hai ki fitness ke liye perfect time kabhi nahi aata.
Agar aap motivation ka wait karoge, toh delay hi milega.
Discipline motivation se zyada powerful hota hai.
Aur consistency perfection se zyada important.
Aaj sirf 15–20 minute nikaal lo.
Chahe walk ho, surya namaskar ho, stretching ho ya basic home workout.
Small daily efforts → Big long-term results.
Kal ka regret avoid karna hai?
