Rack Pulls :
A Compound movement that covers your Upper & Middle back , Glutes , hamstrings , spinal erectors , abdominals and overall body strength.
The lift begins from knee height or slightly below. Engage your lats and traps by rotating the shoulders and then start your lift. Pull the bar as you lock out your knees and back at the same time.
The movement works best for your back and overall strength.
And also helps in improving your deadlift!!
