I'M Powered By Damini Grover

I'M Powered By Damini Grover I'm Powered is Founded by Damini Grover a Counseling Psychologist & Emotional Intelligence Facilitator. A sound mind creates a sound body.

It endeavours to provide Mental Health Services such as Counseling, Psychotherapy, Emotional Intelligence Coaching. Some people call this ability survival instinct; some name it 'gut feeling' or willpower. Whatever it be called, there is something innate in us that drives us to understand things in a certain way, act as per what works for us and push ourselves to work on issues and make things right. It is this power that lies at the heart of our being and self-exploration. During challenging times we need to remember that we possess the power to explore, resolve, and change to become better than we already are. While most of the time, you are able to remind yourself of this power, there will be times when you will require the help to remind you of the same. Hence, at I'm Powered, we work towards helping you cope with the struggles that interfere with your goals, relationships, and overall sense of well-being by helping you discover your inner strength. We need to believe and allow ourselves to use our innate capabilities to grow and evolve. About DAMINI GROVER

Even before being a trained psychologist, I always found myself interacting and engaging with people –teaching, offering advice, suggestions, solutions or sometimes just sharing perspective to ease things out and bring some clarity into the picture. Hence, choosing Psychology came naturally. I graduated in Psychology from the renowned Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University and further, did my Masters in Counselling Psychology from Amity University, Noida. Soon my interest in Psychology turned out to become my passion. Counselling for me is not just about offering solutions. Instead, it is a journey embarked upon by the individual and counsellor, into a sea of in-depth exploration and emotional awareness. In this journey, the counsellor supports the individual to understand his/her own emotions and thought processes to make informed decisions and choices. I, at ‘I'M Powered’, try to help you explore through these and empower you with the tools needed to deal with the challenges, problems, pressures and hassles in your life. I believe that, "We all have the power to be empowered" and hence go by the vision and name of 'I'm Powered'.

Log kya kahenge?
A simple question that quietly shapes some of our biggest life choices.

Often, it’s not the decision that feels heavy.
It’s the fear of judgment around it.
And over time, other people’s opinions start to matter more than our own happiness.

If this felt familiar, it might be worth pausing and exploring where your choices are really coming from.

Sometimes understanding comes before readiness and that’s okay.
You may recognise what’s not working long before you feel ready to change it.
That pause doesn’t mean avoidance or failure , it’s often your system taking its time to feel safe.Clarity doesn’t always ask for immediate action.Sometimes it just wants to be acknowledged.

✨If this resonated, save it or share it with someone who might need the reminder.✨

Sometimes, the journey back to yourself begins with a single page.

Time to Come Home is a gentle guide to unlearning perfectionism, building self-love, and rewriting the stories you tell yourself. It’s not about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you’ve always been.

Selfish or just choosing yourself?

Setting boundaries isn’t selfish.
Real selfishness is knowing you’re hurting someone, and doing it anyway.

Where do you draw the line between self-care and selfishness?

Care isn’t feminine. Care is learned.

We’re taught that nurturing comes naturally to women.
But this scene shows something important, care grows when someone chooses to show up.

Fatherhood, motherhood, relationships, none of it works on instinct alone.
It works on effort, presence, and learning as you go.

Many people think therapy is just
talking, venting, or getting advice. But therapy is more than being heard. It’s -

✅Understanding patterns
✅Learning how to regulate emotions.
✅Building better responses, not just reactions.

It’s not about being told what to do.
It’s about learning how to navigate life better.
Save this if you’ve ever wondered what therapy actually helps with.

Stranger Things isn’t just fiction. It’s a story about trauma.

What we see as monsters are often fear, guilt, and survival responses that were never given space to heal.
Childhood trauma doesn’t end when the danger ends, it changes how the body stays alert long after.

And that’s why so many people feel seen by this show.

Did this perspective change how you see the characters?

Men aren’t uncomfortable with affection because they don’t feel.
They’re uncomfortable because they were never taught how to express it.

Scenes like this remind us that emotions don’t suddenly appear.
They’ve always been there, waiting for safety.

Did this moment hit a little close to home?

Sometimes it’s not about trying harder.
It’s about trying with the wrong person.
