You are both proof and possibility. ✨

Look back at who you were a year ago—everything you’ve survived, healed from, and grown through.

That’s your proof. Now look forward—at all the dreams still unfolding, the woman you’re still becoming. That’s your possibility.

Honour your journey. Trust your next chapter. 💛

DYK: Eating ghee won’t “lubricate” the birth canal or guarantee a normal delivery.

It’s a common myth that taking lots of ghee in the last month will make labor smoother or ensure a vaginal birth.

In reality, ghee simply adds calories and healthy fats when used in moderation—it doesn’t reach or “grease” the birth canal.

Among other things how labor progresses depends on:

• Your baby’s position

• The shape and size of your pelvis

• Your hormones

• The strength and pattern of uterine contractions

Enjoy ghee as part of a balanced diet if your doctor is okay with it, but know that it doesn’t control the type of delivery you’ll have.

There’s nothing “ordinary” about a mother. 💫

Her love turns exhaustion into strength, fear into courage, and “I can’t” into “I’ll find a way.”

A mama’s love doesn’t just hold a family together—it makes the impossible suddenly possible.

DYK: Cold drinks won’t give your baby a cold.

Cold water or cold foods don’t make your baby sick.

Your baby is in a warm, protected environment inside the womb—while very cold drinks might irritate your throat or stomach, the temperature doesn’t reach your baby as “cold.”

DYK: Lying on your stomach is usually safe early in pregnancy.

In the first trimester, your uterus is still small and well protected behind your pelvic bones, so lying on your stomach is generally safe if it feels comfortable for you.

There’s no evidence that this position harms the baby in early pregnancy.

As your bump grows in the second and third trimester, most people naturally find stomach-lying uncomfortable and switch to side-lying positions—especially the left side, which can support blood flow.

Always listen to your body: if a position causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort, it’s a sign to adjust.
