21 Days Changes You

Day 1 — full energy.
Day 3 — still excited.
Day 5 — motivation gone.

And then we say, “Maybe this doesn’t work.”

Truth?
It’s not about motivation.
It’s about 21 days of consistency.

That’s when it becomes easier and joyful

I’ve seen this with my clients.
The ones who stay consistent don’t just get results —
they enjoy the journey.

Start small.
But don’t stop before 21 days.

That’s it.

Twinkle Kansal Exam time often brings more than just pressure—it brings frequent illness, digestive issues, poor sleep, acne, and emotional overwhelm in children.

In this conversation, we explore how exam stress directly affects the gut, mind, immunity, and skin, and why children fall sick more often during high-pressure phases.

This podcast covers:
* Why exams disturb digestion, sleep, and immunity
* The gut–mind connection in children and teenagers
* How stress shows up as fever, loose motions, or acne
* The role of sugar intake and gut bacteria
* Why consistency in meals and routines matters during exams
* Small, practical steps parents can take to reduce exam stress
* How a calm, supportive environment protects health and performance

This is not about pushing children harder.
It is about helping them stay healthy, balanced, and emotionally supported during exams.

Because strong health begins with a calm gut and a safe mind.

Love isn’t always roses, dates, and late-night chats.
Sometimes it looks like going to bed on time,
saying no without guilt,
eating without punishment,
and choosing peace over approval.

This Valentine’s, I didn’t look for love
I practiced it.

Self-led love is quiet…
but it changes everything.

Save this for the days you forget yourself

Tomorrow is Ekadashi

Most of us don’t realise that nearly 70–80% of our daily energy goes into digestion.
When digestion is constantly active, the body has less energy for repair, clarity and recovery.

Ekadashi fasting is not about punishment.
It’s a natural pause.

So today, prepare gently.
Eat lighter.
Hydrate well.
Slow your pace.

Let tomorrow support your energy — not drain it.

Digestive issues, disturbed sleep, and anxiety—
Do they increase during exam time?

These are not separate problems.
They are signs of a deep gut–mind connection.
When pressure rises, the gut and sleep cycle are often the first to suffer.
This is why support heals better than pressure.
A calm mind begins with a balanced gut

Do you notice fever, acidity, or loose motions showing up to your child during exams?

It’s not just stress.
It’s your gut struggling to cope.
A healthy gut isn’t built by food alone.
It needs a balanced lifestyle, rhythm, and care.

When the gut is strong, immunity stays steady and the body doesn’t overreact.
That’s the power of a gut reset.
Healthy gut. Calm mind. Resilient body

Healing responds to rhythm, not pressure.

What actually works long-term?

Consistency over intensity.
Patience over perfection.

The body trusts what you repeat gently —
not what you force once in a while.

Daily rhythm creates safety.
And safety allows healing.

Antibiotics heal infection.
But who heals the gut?

To recover, add food that rebuilds the gut:
• ginger pickle
• beetroot kanji( recipe shared earlier)
• amla + ashgourd + carrot juice
This is integrated living.
Real life, dil se

Antibiotics ko blame nahi.
Par recovery ko seriously lena zaroori hai.

My Journey

I grew up in a homely environment in a typical Indian household. But gradually as I entered my 30’s I ended up with perpetual backache, low BP and severe migraine issues. It prompted me to think of reasons for the same and my inquisitiveness led me to discover that the solution was available in lifestyle and dietary changes. I enrolled in the Integrated Nutritional Health Coaching programme from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition (IIN), New York last year and as if life turned like a miracle and enthused me with vigour and energy with all problems vanishing into thin air. I wish to share my experiences and learning with my friends, relatives and society at large so that we can live a healthier us by healing ourselves through healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications. I am now a Professional Internationally Certified Health Coach trained to help others overcome their lifestyle diseases. Additionally, my quest for learning was gratified during the Ayurveda Wellness program which made me passionate to impart the knowledge that I have gained in bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern life. As a part of this journey, I am enthusiastic about spreading awareness on transforming regular cooking into healing food and related techniques through conducting “Nutritional Lifestyle Cooking Workshops”.
