We all face tough times. Rather tough! Even as we look for answers, somewhere deep inside, we start feeling demotivated with never-ending roadblocks.

When challenges keep coming in one after the other, most of us feel that life is one never-ending misery! I do not know what can stop the challenges coming our way. Nobody can predict, nobody can anticipate. We can train ourselves to respond differently to the challenges though.

One of the biggest roadblocks in learning to react differently is: attaching sense of permanency to challenges. Its no crime to feel sad, to feel demotivated. It is natural to feel hopeless when nothing really seems to go our way. When there are no pleasant surprises, no jackpots...how on earth is one supposed to stay hopeful and motivated?

I might have a trick here that almost always works: "Do not attach a sense of permanency to your challenges". At least for one moment, give life a benefit of doubt. If you look at the past and present a bit objectively, you will realise that challenges have changed, your responses have changed. It isn't really all about same challenges and same response again and again.

Trust me that this conviction does not come from some book of psychology or religion. I assure you that it comes from a place of having been in a place of never-ending challenges myself and from a place of deep concern for others who are in that place now.

Before you conclude: "Why on earth would things be different. I am married to my fate now": just pause for a moment and tell yourself that "this is my set of challenges now. I cannot tell definitely that these challenges will remain as they are in the next moment" Thats all it takes to start removing the sense of permanency...

If you happen to read this, I would love to hear what you have to say about the note above :) Have a good day
