Spine pain is a common issue faced by many, but it can often be prevented through simple lifestyle changes. Maintaining good posture, staying active with low-impact exercises like yoga or walking, and lifting objects correctly are essential habits for a healthy spine. Adopting a balanced diet and healthy weight further reduces stress on your back and improves overall spinal health.

At the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, we are committed to raising awareness about spinal care and providing expert solutions. Through education and consultations, ISIC empowers individuals to lead healthier, pain-free lives.
