Glad to share that QRC has expanded its wings in Nepal.Project titled "Quality voyage-A forever improvement journey of Biratnagar eye hospital" got initiated in May 2019. Our Quality experts inaugurated the Project and conducted workshops on Quality awareness AND Quality Vision and Policy.

QRC hosted a hospital based program on 21st and 22nd December, 2018. Dr. Karl Golnik was the faculty from United states. The theme for HBP was-“Evaluation of training assessment process and making the training processes more effective”. It was a great learning experience and QRC came up with formation of rubrics to streamline and quantify the audit checklists to make the data more precise and measurable.

CONABH 2018-Annual conference with the theme of Hands on implementation of NABH standards was conducted on 11th November, 2018 by Quality Resource Centre witnessed by elite faculties and more than fifty participants. We welcomed participants from Vian Retina and Eye Centre, Shroff Eye centre, iCare Noida, Sewa sadan Eye Hospital, Bhopal, Dayal Eye centre etc. The participants were doctors, Optometrists, Nurses, administrators and Quality personnel. It was a successful event with huge participation.

QRC organized a certified Project management training program in collaboration with ASQ (American Society for Quality) wherein administrators, nurses, doctors and others participated with zeal. The program was conducted by Commander VK Jaitley who is a renowned consultant and motivational speaker. All the participants were extremely content and delighted with the training program and took back major learnings from the session.

Assessment of NABH Entry level preparation was carried out by QRC consultants in the month of May, 2018 at Sankar Foundation Eye Hospital, Vizag.

Flymode workshops were conducted by QRC consultants in collaboration with Vision 2020 at Dr. Jawaher lal Rohtagi Netra Chikitsalaya, Kanpur, UP; Fatima eye hospital, Gorakhpur, UP and Sri Sai Lions Netralaya, Patna, Bihar in the month of April, 2018. It was another successful event marked by massive participation.
