रितिका ने 2018 में यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ बाथ से पूर्णकालिक एमबीए के साथ स्नातक किया, जहां उन्हें 'वूमन इन बिजनेस स्कॉलरशिप' की उपाधि से सम्मानित किया गया। न्यूयॉर्क, नई दिल्ली, दुबई, और इंग्लैंड, इन सभी शहरों का रितिका को एक अनूठा और विविध अनुभव है। उन्होंने AMBA स्टूडेंट ऑफ़ द ईयर का खिताब भी जीता। कैंसर अनुसंधान, पशु आश्रयों के लिए व ब्रिटैन के वृद्धाश्रमों के लिए फंड रेज़िंग कर चुकी हैं, जिससे समाज के प्रति उनकी प्रतिबद्धता भी स्पष्ट हुई है। इन सभी सामाजिक कार्यों के साथ-साथ, रितिका अपना फैमिली बिज़नेस भी संभाल रही हैं।'स्पर्श' नामक एनजीओ के साथ मिलकर बेघर, निराश्रित लोगो की समृद्धि, विकास और कल्याण के लिए भी काम करती हैं। COVID-19 की शुरुआत के बाद से, रितिका ने अपना पूरा समय और संसाधन 'स्पर्श' को समर्पित किया है और इस एनजीओ के माध्यम से भारत में ज़रुरत मंद लोगो की सहायता कर रही है।

POSITIVITEA☕️Yes you heard it right. Please join us for a “virtual tea party” as we take you live to a rain basera/homeless shelter located near one of the main railway stations in Delhi. We don’t think there’s a better way of kicking off the weekend than having tea, rusk, cake and a “savory surprise” with the ones who deserve it the most. I’ve been thinking of a word to describe my emotions for the last few hours. Not sure what would really do justice. But I am absolutely “elated” after today’s charity distribution drive. The rebirth of “SPARSH” has left me feeling so overwhelmed with kindness. Can I please take a moment to thank each one of you who contributed, supported, motivated, encouraged, inspired and “virtually” showed up to share those smiles. Off I go to get a restful nights sleep. And I don’t think anyone knows the quality of sleep that you get after making 501 hungry souls happy. Here’s to touching (sparshing) MANY LIVES across the globe 🤝 🌍 🍛 ...Creating sunshine ☀️ in a storm

It has been a tough few months and sadly we had had to make the the difficult decision of pausing our charity meals for the last few months. This was for your safety & our safety.

However, we have been at the forefront of the global fight against COVID-19 through our homes and today we are delighted to share with you that WE ARE BACK!!! Our hearts were filled with immense joy to see those smiling faces yesterday. Oh boy ..we have missed you all and look forward to serving you week after week.

A reminder for each one of you reading this: Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.
