Many parents ask WHEN and HOW to start. Let’s simplify it.

Toilet training should start when the child shows readiness, not based on age.

Watch for these signs:

✔ Stays dry for 1.5–2 hours
✔ Shows discomfort with a wet diaper
✔ Can sit for 3–5 minutes
✔ Follows simple instructions
✔ Shows interest in bathroom or toilet

👉 If these signs appear — it’s a good time to begin.

Leucovorin (folinic acid) is often discussed in autism care especially after studies showing improvement in verbal communication in some children.

However, the American Academy of Pediatrics does not recommend routine use, as evidence is still evolving.

European experts do recommend folinic acid in confirmed cerebral folate deficiency — but that is a specific medical diagnosis, not general autism.

As developmental pediatricians, our role is to balance hope with evidence.
Individualized care. Shared decision-making. Clear monitoring.

Because autism care is never one-size-fits-all.

When a parent chooses us, it’s never just
an enrollment but it’s an act of faith. 🤍

With that trust comes responsibility.
To guide with patience.
To nurture with compassion.
To observe with expertise.

And to celebrate every small milestone
like it’s the biggest victory.

Because behind every therapy session, every assessment, every progress note…
there is a family hoping, believing, and waiting.

Thank you to every parent who
allows us to be a part of their
child’s growth journey.
Your trust means everything. ✨

✨ Because therapy doesn’t end in the clinic — it begins at home.

At Bright Beginnings, we believe parents are the most powerful change-makers in a child’s life. 💛

We are organizing a Parental Training & Guidance Program focused on:
🔹 Building meaningful communication
🔹 Strengthening co-regulation
🔹 Creating connection before correction

Those families interested to attend type “ Link “ in chat below and you will receive it as DM from us.

Progress in autism doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes, it’s a longer eye contact… a new word… fewer meltdowns… or following a simple instruction independently.

And to a parent, those small
shifts mean everything. 🤍

5 signs that a child with autism
may be showing positive progress,
including:

• Improved communication (verbal or non-verbal)
• Better emotional regulation
• Increased social interaction
• Reduced repetitive behaviors
• Stronger response to routines and instructions

But here’s something equally important 👇

Regular monitoring by an expert
Child Development Pediatrician helps
you understand what these changes truly mean.
It gives clarity on:

✔️ Whether the progress is on track
✔️ What milestones to expect next
✔️ What adjustments may be needed in therapy

Because progress shouldn’t be guessed
it should be guided.

Early intervention + consistent therapy
+ professional monitoring = structured growth,
not uncertainty.
If you’re on this journey, remember:

small improvements are not small.
They are stepping stones toward independence.

Autism is not a problem of attention. It’s a difference in engagement.
When we say a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) “doesn’t pay attention,”
we often misunderstand what’s truly happening.

It’s not about a lack of focus.
It’s about how the brain processes social cues, sensory input,
communication, and emotional connection.

❌ Stop asking: “Why isn’t the child paying attention?”
✅ Start asking: “How can we build meaningful engagement?”

Because engagement is built through:

Early intervention therapy
Play-based developmental therapy
Parent-mediated intervention
Structured social communication strategies
