Equal opportunities mean nothing when the system breaks your dreams on exam day.
Months of preparation. Years of perseverance. All shattered in a single day—not by the difficulty of the exam, but by an unqualified scribe.
Manish Yadav, a visually impaired counselor at Score Foundation, is raising an urgent issue that happened recently: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) gave the visually impaired students unqualified scribes.
Many students called us in distress. After working so hard to reach exam day, their performance suffered—not because they weren't prepared, but because they didn't receive the support they needed.
Equal opportunity isn't just policy on paper—it's dignity on exam day.
