WHEN TO EAT WHAT?
It’s not just about calories. It’s about timing, hormones, and digestion.

Breakfast: Start with high-quality protein (eggs, paneer, tofu, Greek yogurt). Morning protein stabilises blood sugar, reduces cravings, and protects muscle.

Lunch: Add complex carbs (roti, brown rice, millets). Your body handles carbs better earlier in the day, so they’re used for energy — not stored.

Dinner: Keep it lighter — lean protein + anti-inflammatory fats (grilled chicken/fish, olive oil). Easier digestion = better sleep + recovery.

Empty stomach: Soluble fibre like aloe vera (if it suits you) for gut support.

Before meals: Lemon water or diluted ACV may help digestion and smoother glucose response.

I don’t follow complicated plans.
I just stick to a few daily food habits that help my body absorb nutrients better.

I start with mushrooms kept in sunlight for about 30 minutes, then lightly sautéed in ghee or mustard oil for vitamin D support.

For hydration, it’s tender coconut water with a pinch of rock salt and soaked sabja seeds — natural electrolytes that work better than packaged drinks.

For B12 support, I rely on curd (or hung curd) with nutritional yeast. Gentle on the gut and especially useful for vegetarian diets.

And lastly, amla with a pinch of roasted jeera. Simple, but great for digestion and vitamin C absorption.

Nothing fancy.
Just daily basics done right
