Here's what you need to do.

I've penned a few Night time rituals that helps improve your digestion & also imparts sound sleep.
โฌ‡
1. Light Dinner before Sunset- The first step to better sleep is light dinner. If your food still remains undigested before you sleep, that might make it difficult for you to sleep.
2. Brushing/Tongue Scraping- The food particles left in your mouth after eating could lead to bacteria & toxins accumulation in your mouth during the night. So best to clean your mouth before you sleep.
3. Reading a book- My fav ritual. Reading a book & getting lost in the words akes you away from your stress.
4. Listening to peaceful music- Helps in appease your overactive brain.
5. Exposing to moonlight- Calms your mind.
6. No gadgets in bed- Helps with melatonin secretion (that helps induce sound sleep).
7. Pada-abhyanga- Massaging feet with medicated oil or ghee promotes sound sleep.
8. Meditation & Pranayam- Nothing better to calm your racing mind. Brahmari & Anuloma Pranayam just before you sleep helps you reduce anxiety& panic attacks.
9. Nasya- Instilling cow's ghee in both nostrils definitely helps in sound sleep but it also helps reduce white hairs, respiratory problems, headache & much more.
10. Gratitude (Prayer) just before sleep - The best way to Begin & End your day is by paying gratitude

HEALTH IS LIFEย 

"Health is the Biggest Gift, Contentment, Greatest wealth, Faithfulness. Without Health, life is not life; it is only a languor and suffering state โ€“ an image of death. Being healthy means getting more treasure out of life. Without Health, everything is vain; after death, none remembers who you were.ย 

Remember, A man is said to be healthy when he has got no bodily pain or disease. When a man is in the best of spirits and has enough vigor and strength, he is healthy. Health is a more valuable asset of your life than the choices of Treasures. It is so because, without Health, life becomes a burden. A man may have enough wealth, a palatial building to live in, many servants to attend upon him, and the choicest of dress and food. But if he is not healthy, this thing will hardly give him any pleasure. To an unhealthy man, there is no pleasure in life. He is always gloomy; he has no relish for any good thing of nature.ย

You can either chew or make a tea out orf them.

Fennel works best as mouth fresheners (best eaten after meals).
๐ŸŒฑ
Jeera, cardamom & ajwain water is best for people suffering from bloating, gastric trouble & indigestion. Also chewing on 1 tsp of ajwain with black salt in warm water post meals relieves abdominal ache (due to gas) instantly.
๐ŸŒฑ
Asafoetida relieves gas (aggravated Vayu) to the earliest. It's always a good idea to add a pinch of asafoetida (hing) while cooking veggies for proper digestion.
