Fast food is not “harmless” for kids. 🚨
Regular consumption can increase the risk of heart problems, fatty liver disease, obesity, and early metabolic issues in children.
Most fast foods contain far more salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats than what the recommends for a child’s daily intake- putting long-term health at risk.
Protect their future. Limit fast food. Encourage real, home-cooked meals.
