So often we put way too much energy into “what do we need to ADD? Or start doing?”

Instead of “What do we need to STOP doing?”

You can add in anything you want but if the foundation of HEALTH is not there (ie solid nutrition, movement, sleep etc) then you will never get anything more than temporary results or improvements
