No pain. No signs. No symptoms.

That’s why knowing your numbers matters.
A few minutes of regular BP monitoring today can help prevent major heart issues tomorrow — including heart attack and stroke.

Make it a habit.
Check regularly.
Protect your heart before it demands attention.

Cold weather doesn’t just affect your lungs — it makes the heart work harder too.
Lower temperatures tighten blood vessels, raise blood pressure, and increase strain on the heart.

This winter, protect your heart the smart way:
Stay warm.
Take prescribed medicines on time.
Avoid sudden exertion, especially early mornings.

Small precautions today can prevent big emergencies tomorrow.
