Types of Yog Sadhakas:-
1- A beginner who is less active and falls into yogic world after having difficulties. Mantra yoga is advisable for this category.
2- Transparent, kind, and is stable into Daily sadhana. Laya yoga is described for these people.
3- One who is steady in Laya yoga and has full faith into his Guru. This category should approach Hatha Yoga practices.
4- The one who have triumphed over the fluctuations of the mind aand have attained a healthy body. They should follow Raj Yoga for their uplifting.
