💊 অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক রেজিস্ট্যান্স কী?

যখন কোনো ব্যাকটেরিয়া ধীরে ধীরে এমনভাবে পরিবর্তিত হয় যে, সাধারণ অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক দিয়ে তাকে মারা বা দমন করা যায় না — তখন তাকে বলা হয় অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক রেজিস্ট্যান্স (Antibiotic Resistance)।

অর্থাৎ, ওষুধ কাজ করা বন্ধ করে দেয়, ব্যাকটেরিয়া বেঁচে যায় এবং আরও শক্তিশালী হয়ে ওঠে।

🦠 কেন হয় অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক রেজিস্ট্যান্স:
1. অতিরিক্ত অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক ব্যবহার – ভাইরাল জ্বর, সর্দি-কাশিতেও অকারণে অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক খাওয়া।
2. অসম্পূর্ণ কোর্স – ডাক্তার যেভাবে বলেছেন সেইমতো পুরো কোর্স শেষ না করা।
3. নিজে নিজে ওষুধ খাওয়া – পুরনো প্রেসক্রিপশন বা অন্যের ওষুধ খাওয়া।
4. ফার্মেসি থেকে ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ ছাড়া অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক কেনা বা খাওয়া। 🚫
5. পশুপালনে অতিরিক্ত অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক ব্যবহার।
6. হাসপাতালে সংক্রমণ নিয়ন্ত্রণের অভাব।

⚔️ এর ফলাফল কী হতে পারে:
• সাধারণ ইনফেকশনও মারণ রোগে পরিণত হতে পারে।
• চিকিৎসার খরচ ও সময় বাড়ে।
• জটিল অস্ত্রোপচার, ক্যান্সার চিকিৎসা বা নবজাতক যত্ন আরও বিপজ্জনক হয়ে ওঠে।

🌿 অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক রেজিস্ট্যান্স প্রতিরোধের উপায়:
1. 🩺 শুধু ডাক্তারের পরামর্শে অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক ব্যবহার করুন।
2. 💊 পুরো কোর্স সম্পূর্ণ করুন, মাঝপথে বন্ধ করবেন না।
3. 🚫 অন্যের ওষুধ নিজে খাবেন না এবং নিজের ওষুধ অন্যকে দেবেন না।
4. 🧼 হাত ধোয়া, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখুন।
5. 🍗 খাবারে ও পশুপালনে অ্যান্টিবায়োটিকের ব্যবহার কমান।
6. 🧫 হাসপাতালে সংক্রমণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যবস্থা শক্ত করুন।
7. 🗣️ মানুষকে সচেতন করুন – “অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক সব রোগের ওষুধ নয়।”
