They are also into energy healing, therapeutic healing and help people connect with their inner self by inducing positive energies from the environment. This is done through different mental and physical activities and through developing positive thoughts and affirmations which allow for healing and attaining a state of equilibrium. At ‘My Healing Lounge’, we also help individuals overcome their emotional distress, help them get rid of negative thoughts and adopt healthier and life affirming thoughts. The lead therapists at ‘My Healing Lounge’ are Dr. Ravi Narang and Mrs. Pooja Sharma Narang.
