ମୁଁ ସତ୍ୟବ୍ରତ ସିଂ, ବୟସ 28 ବର୍ଷ। ବାପା ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ସିଂ, ଗାମ- କଣ୍ଟେଇକୋଳିଆ, ଗୋବିନ୍ଦପୁର, ସଦର, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ରେ- ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ର ମୁଁ ବାସିନ୍ଦା। ମୁଁ ଜଣେ ଡାଇଭର। ମୁଁ ସାଧାରଣ ପରିବାର ରୁ ଆସିଛି। ମୁଁ କିଛି ମାସ ତଳେ ନିଜକୁ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଅନୁଭବ କଲି ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ କାମ ଛାଡି ଘରକୁ ଫେରି ଆସିଲି ଡକ୍ଟରକଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ କଲି। ମୋର ରକ୍ତ ନମୁନା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପରେ ମୁଁ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ପାଇଲି ମୋର ଦୁଇଟି ଜାକ କିଡନୀ ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ମୋ ବାପା ମାଆ ଙ୍କର ଆର୍ଥୀକ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି କିଛି ଭଲନାହି ଏବେ ଡକ୍ଟର କହୁଛନ୍ତି ମୋର କିଡନୀ ପ୍ରତିରୋପଣ କରିବା ନୀହାତି ଜରୁରୀ କିନ୍ତୁ ମୋର ଆର୍ଥିକ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଭଲ ନଥିବାରୁ ମୁଁ ଏବେ ଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ହୋଇପାରୁନାହିଁ ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ମାନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ କିଛି ସହାୟତା ଆଶା କରୁଛି।
