🦠 How Do I Know If I Have a Urine Infection (UTI)?

Look out for these signs:
✅ Burning sensation while passing urine
✅ Frequent urge to urinate
✅ Lower abdominal or back pain
✅ Cloudy or foul-smelling urine
✅ Fever, chills (in severe cases)

📌 Don’t ignore the symptoms.
Consult your doctor and get a urine test done.

💧 Drink more water, don’t hold urine, maintain hygiene.

🦠 यूरिन इन्फेक्शन (UTI) है या नहीं कैसे जानें?
इन लक्षणों पर ध्यान दें:

Q: I had kidney pain due to a stone. Now that the pain is gone, does it mean the stone has passed?
A: Not necessarily. Pain relief doesn’t always mean the stone has passed. Sometimes, stones can move to a less painful position or stay in the kidney silently. A follow-up ultrasonography is the best way to confirm.
If the stone persists, it may silently damage the kidney over time.

Q: मुझे पथरी के कारण किडनी में दर्द था। अब दर्द चला गया है, तो क्या इसका मतलब है कि पथरी निकल गई है?

Does Fasting Increase the Risk of Kidney Stones?

Fasting can lead to dehydration, which increases the risk of kidney stone formation. When the body lacks enough water, minerals like calcium and oxalate crystallize, forming stones. To prevent this:
