PCOS-friendly viral strawberry chocolate šŸ“šŸ«

Craving something sweet but want to keep your hormones in check?
This is one of my favourite smart dessert swaps for PCOS.

Why it works:
āœ” Low GI fruit
āœ” Rich in antioxidants
āœ” Helps with cravings and mood
āœ” Doesn’t spike insulin like regular desserts

Portion size (important):
āž”ļø 6–8 medium strawberries
āž”ļø 20–25 g dark chocolate (70–85%)

That’s enough to satisfy your sweet tooth without overdoing calories or sugar.

How to make:
Dip washed strawberries in melted dark chocolate.
Chill for 10 minutes. Done.

PCOS is not about quitting sweets.
It’s about portion control + better choices.

Green tea burns like 30 calories. That’s not ā€œfat loss,ā€ that’s one bite of a biscuit.
And carbs? They’re not the enemy, your portion sizes, zero protein, late-night snacking and stress-eating era are.

Stop blaming roti.
Start blaming the habits you’re ignoring.

Sip your green tea if you like the vibe, eat your carbs because your body needs them —
