Todays CYE 5 where the focus explaining allopathy 7 glands are replica of 7 chakras identified by yoga shastra 3,000 years back. If there is less energy in any gland/chakra then that affect/blocks nearby organ. Here allopathy gives medicines whereas by doing daily yogic kriyas that fills energy thereby opens chakra & prevent block. YOGA IS PREVENTION OF ANY DISEASE! In current girl’s yoga training batch, as a part of Continuous Yogic Education [CYE] 10%theory 90%yoga practice. Our focus is on women’s disease. The reproductive system different hormones in women & monthly periods, many ladies face dozens of uncomfortable symptoms. We teach them selective yogic practices that prevent disorder & make their life bearable.
