Here’s your ammo.

This chart gives you an approximate idea of the protein content in commonly eaten foods. Sure, exact numbers may vary depending on the source (farm-raised chicken ≠ street-cart chana), but it's a solid reference point.

📌 Save it. Screenshot it. Use it next time someone tells you dal has "enough protein."

And remember:
➡️ Aim for 1.5 - 2g of protein per kg of your body weight daily.
➡️ 1g per kg is the absolute minimum, even if you're not training.
